1. We strive to relieve "pre-construction anxiety." Building your house should be a pleasurable experience; however, many people become overwhelmed when they consider the many factors to consider. Typical questions include: "What kind of home do I want? Will it fit my family's needs? How will I finance this project? How can I build on the Outer Banks when I live hours away?" By limiting the number of homes we build each year, we are able to give appropriate attention to all aspects of the custom home building process.

2. We aim to help relieve "during-construction anxiety" through daily supervision of the job and selecting the top professionals of the trade to build your home.

3. Our goal is to relieve "after-construction anxiety" through superior customer service. Our service does not stop after the warranty period is over. We still service homes that we built for clients in 1986.
